It’s no secret that I LOVE smoothies and juices and I wanted to show you all just how easy it is to make them! I do love to cook, but sometimes I just don’t have the time, I can’t be bothered or I just don’t feel like meal. It might sound strange, but when I do eat there is a lot of preparation involved as I want every meal to count and be amazing! Hence why I love smoothies as I can still have an amazing meal and my body loves it because there isn’t much to breakdown, so it can just absorb all the goodness! Also just look at how pretty they are – awwwwwwww
One of my fears as I have mentioned before is getting in front of the camera. I am not sure why I had such a block as once I am doing it, I am fine, but the idea of making it live to the world freaked me out. I have overcome this as I truly just want people to live a healthier, happy life in which we start thinking about all that we are consuming. I think me doing YouTube video’s will not only help people connect with me, but if I can make being healthier easier by visually showing you I will!

Minty Blueberry Smoothie Recipe with a scoop of ‘Greens Balance’

- 1 Cup filtered water
- 1x small frozen organic banana
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
