So if your looking for a program that gives you results in the first week, detox, feel healthier and learn healthy habits going forward then this is a great starting point. On this you will eat real food and I encourage wholefoods, sunshine, fresh air and feeding your body inside and out the good stuff. In a time when we have so advanced technology, we are also the sickest we have ever been as humans so something needs to change and maybe it’s time to just go back to basics and use the tools mother earth has provided for us.

You can use any protein powder in this recipe, so here it is my cookie dough bites recipe – yum yum!

Cookie Dough Bites Recipe

  • 1.5 cups Almond pulp (see my video link below)
  • 1/4 cup inca berries
  • 2 squares of 70% dark organic chocolate
  • Handful cacao nibs
  • Handful toasted coconut
  • 1.5 tablespoons nut butter (Almond was used)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla paste
  • I scoop of protein powder

Mix all together in a bowl with your hands, add love and intention that they will be the most nutritious happy bites your body will enjoy, roll into bite sized bites and leave in the fridge for 20mins or more to set. These will last for 5-7 days in the fridge.

If you are transitioning from a diet that has lots of preservative and additives you might like to add a handful of organic sultana’s/black currants until your taste buds adjust to less sugar. It’s important you enjoy these bites and that they taste good otherwise you won’t keep making and experimenting with them. Adding a natural sweetener like dried fruit is better than processed sugar and a healthy alternative. Enjoy!
