Just about everyone I have talked to has heard of essential oils, but many don’t know what they are or how they can help you decrease harmful chemicals in your life. Essential oils are natural aromatic compounds found in the seeds, bark, stems, roots, flowers, and other parts of plants. Have ever walked by a lavender plant or cut up fresh herbs from the garden and thought ‘wow that smells amazing’? Then you my friend have experienced the pure aromatic qualities of essential oils.

The reason why essential oils are an amazing natural health alternative is because one little drop can be so powerful! Of course you do have to consider where to get your essential oils from in order to reap all the healing benefits. Take for example one of my favourites, Peppermint oil just one drop is equivalent to about 28 cups of peppermint tea. Each drop packs a healthy punch of goodness, just for you!

People are always asking me ‘what else can I use essential oils for?’ I myself keep finding new uses and if I was to tell you all the ways you can use essential oils, you might miss getting to your next appointment. With so many amazing oils, blends and ways you can use them I decided to create this picture scrapbook page. I’m always posting ways you can use oils on my +google page as well as other cool things to help you live a more vibrant life.

These are basic ways you can use essential oils, but please exercise common sense when using the oils. Do not put them in your eyes or inner ears, and use a carrier if you are using them on children or on someone with sensitive skin.
