I have put together this recipe book because people are always asking me what I eat so here are some things I like to make often. They are simple recipes, easy to make and I made them look pretty so you can too.
I have added a selection of recipes for any occasion and you won’t need many kitchen gadgets, just some good old fashioned arm toning mixing skills. You can get most the ingredients from the supermarket, although I prefer going to the organic farmer’s markets and health food shops. I find it’s a better experience (life is all about that) I can ask question about the food’s journey and you make new friends!Why buy organic food?
A good first step when transitioning from over processed, under nourishing bad foods to healthy foods is to have options you can swap – bad for good. So lets get you moving towards cooking more at home, eating foods that are going to nourish your body and foods that give you vitality. Take it one step at a time as you want to make these changes lasting like I have. It really is that simple to start getting healthy!

In the cookbook, I have a selection of recipes for any occasion, that are easy to make, delicious and some healthy living tips too. What a bragin!
What about meat?
I want to help you transition towards a healthier diet, so just make sure you eat lots of plants too. You can easily include meat and fish in or with and of the main meals. The choice is yours, so time to get listening to what your body tells you it needs.
If you’ve never tried some of the ingredients, you can substitute it for something that is more familiar and easily accessible from the supermarket. It may take a bit of experimentation on your part, but making it easy for you is what it’s all about. Just be sure to use raw organic ingredients where possible!
If it has numbers and big words in the ingredients list – don’t use it as we weren’t born to eat numbers. Here are some substitutions you might like to try:
- Coconut sugar – raw honey, stevia, mapel syrup or raw organic sugar
- Nut Milk – almond milk, hazelnut milk, coconut milk or grass fed cows milk
- Move towards using locally sourced ingredients and produce
As a final rule, don’t eat or drink in a hurry! Spend a moment if only for 5 seconds before the first mouthful to be thankful for what your body is about to receive.
